1. In Firefox, click the menu icon, click Add-ons and Themes and then select Extension.

2. Select Extensions at the left side of the page and click on the app icon and name.

3. Scroll down and select Allow in the Run in Private Windows section.

2. Click History and then select Clear Recent History….

3. Select the options you'd like, then click the OK button.

Note: After deleting your browsing data, you can log out of your online accounts.

6. Check for Conflicting Add-ons and Extensions

Sometimes the app malfunctions can be caused by incompatibility of other installed apps and extensions. If you notice that the app is not working correctly, try temporarily disabling your add-ons one by one, with the exception of the Magic Actions app (your Personalized Movie Theater), to see if a particular add-on is causing the problem.

2. On the extensions page, next to each add-on, except the Magic Actions app, click the blue toggle switch so it changes to gray
